The Florette was conceived as a tribute to the flower-filled meadows of the Rhône-Alpes region where the d'Affinois dairy is located. The Guilloteau fromagerie designed this distinctive flower mold to create a cheese that is as beautiful to present as it is to eat, embodying the French art of fromage.
