The Product

Auvergne Dry Sausage is a traditional French charcuterie from the Auvergne region, protected by a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Made from seasoned pork (salt, spices, garlic), naturally dried, and often tied in a horseshoe or U shape, it is ideal sliced ​​for an aperitif or with bread. Origin & Terroir

From the volcanic plateaus of Auvergne's Monts Dore, where the unique terroir - altitude, grass species, mineral-rich soil - creates distinctive milk for this ancient cheese.

Saint-Nectaire is one of France's five oldest cheeses, documented since 1050 AD. The fermier version (farm-made) can be identified by the green oval casein label on the rind.
