Origin & Terroir

From Savoie in the French Alps, though tartiflette is actually a modern invention from the 1980s, created to promote Reblochon cheese. It's now considered a Savoyard classic.

Serve piping hot from the oven with green salad to balance the richness. Essential après-ski food. Pairs with Savoie white wines (Apremont, Chignin) or light reds.
