The Product

A premium Spanish dry-cured sausage, essentially a Catalan "fuet" (thin, whip-like sausage) made from high-quality Iberian pork, often from acorn-fed (de bellota) pigs, giving it a rich, sweet, nutty flavor, intense aroma, and buttery, melting texture, traditionally served sliced as tapas with cheese and wine.
