The Product

A high-quality Spanish cured ham from the Teruel province, earning its Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), meaning it's made from specific white pigs (Duroc cross) raised in Teruel and cured for a minimum of 18 months, giving it a distinctive reddish color, intense flavor, and infiltrating fat, setting it apart as a premium Serrano ham with guaranteed tradition and quality. 

Origin & Terroir

From Teruel province in Aragón, Spain's highest and coldest region, where the dry mountain climate creates ideal natural curing conditions. The only Spanish ham with both PDO and PGI protection.

How to Enjoy

Slice medium-thin and serve at room temperature. The intense, slightly sweet flavor pairs with Spanish wines, particularly those from Aragón. Excellent with Manchego or Idiazábal cheese.

Did You Know?

Teruel ham has been produced since the 13th century. The region's extreme altitude (over 800m) provides natural refrigeration. Each leg bears the Teruel star mark and is numbered for traceability.
