Pot'je Vleesch (meat in a pot in Flemish), also called Potch, is a specialty originating from the Dunkirk region. This typical French Flemish dish consists of three or four types of white meat in aspic. We offer this Flemish dish prepared with four types of meat and in a boneless version.

How to Enjoy
