Created as a countryside counterpart to the classic Fromager d'Affinois, the Campagnier draws its character from the rich dairy traditions of the Rhône-Alpes region. The Guilloteau fromagerie adapts their innovative ultrafiltration process to create a cheese with more rustic depth while maintaining the signature creaminess.
How to Enjoy
Allow to reach room temperature and enjoy with a hearty country bread and whole-grain mustard. Its earthier character pairs beautifully with walnuts, dried fruits, and a robust red wine from the Rhône Valley. Also excellent melted over roasted vegetables or in a warm tartine.
