The Product

Cooked ham prepared from selected pork leg, lightly brined with Guérande sea salt, then gently cooked (poached/steam-cooked) for a tender, moist texture—made for clean slicing and delicate seasoning.

Origin & Terroir

Inspired by Brittany’s coastal identity and the famed salt marshes of Guérande (near the Breton border), historically a major source of sea salt traded across France and Europe. Using this sea-salt heritage as a seasoning signature, the ham fits within the long French tradition of regional charcuterie defined by local curing and cooking practices.

How to Enjoy
