Origin & Terroir

From the Massif Central mountains where volcanic soils, altitude, and traditional farming create exceptional pork. The harsh climate produces hardy pigs with flavorful meat and good fat coverage.

How to Enjoy

Slice medium-thick to appreciate the firm texture. Pairs excellently with Auvergnat cheeses (Cantal, Saint-Nectaire) and mountain bread. Try with Auvergne wines or a glass of Gentiane (local herbal liqueur).
