Origin & Terroir
From Parma in Emilia-Romagna, where specific geographic and climatic conditions - the sweet air from the Apennine hills - have created perfect curing conditions for over 2,000 years.
How to Enjoy
Slice paper-thin and serve at room temperature. Classic pairings include Parmigiano-Reggiano, melon, or figs. Pairs with Lambrusco (traditional local choice), Prosecco, or light Italian reds.
