Slice extremely thin to appreciate the complex, crystalline texture. Best enjoyed alone or with minimal accompaniment. Pairs with aged wines - Barolo, Amarone, or vintage Champagne.
Did You Know?
Extended aging develops tyrosine crystals (the white specks) that add pleasant crunch. Only about 10% of San Daniele production reaches 30 months - it requires perfect legs and ideal conditions.
